Returning a product

How to return your order?

Log in in the return portal here with your order number and the e-mail address you used to place your original order. Then go through the steps of the return process and you will receive a free return label to download.

Upon receipt of your return it will be processed within 5 working days, the refund will be initiated immediately thereafter. We will refund you with the same payment method with which you originally placed your order. How quickly the money is in your account depends on your payment method. This can take up to 3 to 5 working days.
